Sixteen XLR3M connections within easy reach
PBA 16M is a passive 16-channel balanced patchbay designed to bring sixteen XLR3M connections to the front of the rack while keeping multipair cabling at the rear on two Tascam-standard DB-25 connectors.
Passive bidirectional routing
The connection is direct and point-to-point and does not impose an electrical signal direction: the path between XLR3M and DB-25 can be used in either direction according to your system.
Two groups of eight channels
The two DB-25 connectors correspond to CH1-8 and CH9-16, helping keep routing clear and multipair cabling organised at the rear of the rack.
Who it is for
It is suitable for studios, control rooms, live and broadcast racks using DB-25 interfaces, converters, mixers, recorders or outboard gear that require easily accessible XLR3M connections at the front.
