GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Introduction and scope of application
1.1 These “Terms and Conditions of Sale” govern the purchase of products made online via the website shop.teknosign.it (hereinafter, the “Website”) between TEKNOSIGN Italia S.r.l.s (hereinafter the “Seller”) and the consumer or business customer (hereinafter the “Customer”).
1.2 By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in full, as well as any specific terms and conditions indicated in each section of the Website.

3. Acceptance of the order and conclusion of the contract
3.1 The contract is deemed to have been concluded when the Seller sends the Customer an order confirmation by email,specifying the products purchased, the price, and the payment and delivery terms.
3.2 The images and descriptions of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and constitute an invitation to treat; the order confirmation is subject to verification of product availability.
4. Prices and payment methods
4.1 All product prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Any delivery charges will be shown separately and charged to the Customer.
4.2 The Customer may choose from the payment methods available on the Website (credit cards, PayPal, instant bank transfer, others). The Seller shall not be liable for any delays or issues attributable to payment providers.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1 Shipments are made to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative and not binding, unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and that the number of packages matches the order. Any obvious defects must be reported immediately to the courier and communicated to the Seller.
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
6.1 In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2 Withdrawal entails the return of the products in their original condition and unused, in their original packaging. Return costs are to be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified by the Seller.
6.3 The refund to the Customer will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of dispatch of the products, using the original payment method.
7. Statutory warranty of conformity and after-sales service
7.1 All products sold on the Website are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty of conformity for consumers.
7.2 Any lack of conformity must be reported to the Seller within a reasonable time of discovery.
8. Liability
8.1 The Seller shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, incorrect installation, maintenance not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or unauthorised modifications.
8.2 The Seller’s liability towards the Customer is limited to the value of the products covered by the order.
9. Privacy and data protection
9.1 The Customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy , which complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and current Italian legislation.
10. Amendments to the terms and conditions
10.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time; the applicable terms and conditions shall be those published on the Website at the time the order is placed.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.Any disputes between the consumer and the Seller shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided for by current legislation.
